Traveling, change or moving from place to place are a couple things many people fear, just enough not to do it. If you have been thinking about what you should do next in your life and moving to a different state, country or city has been on your mind, I suggest you do it.
What is the worst that can happen?! You hate it? Okay, move back or leave. Then you learn from it and move on with your life. These past four years as a college student, including my study abroad experience, have taught me that you shouldn’t let anyone or anything hold you back from doing what you believe will make you happy. I truly believe this, not only in a way of travel, but also in a way of life.
Being as young as the majority of us are, life gives us endless opportunities. This is the time to try new things and experience life from many different viewpoints, no matter if they are negative or positive outcomes. Don’t just sit back and watch others' happiness - go and fulfill your wildest dreams as well. You don’t want to look back at your youthful years and think what if? You want to look back and know that you did what you were curious about, even if the results weren’t exactly what you had expected.
This is the age where we make mistakes and learn from them. This is the age where we meet new people and grow together. This is the age where we find out what we like and dislike. This isn’t the age that we sit and worry about what others will think of our choices. This isn’t the age that we take life so seriously. This isn’t the age that we pass up opportunities that will make us happy. You’re bright, ambitious, fun loving and passionate. Prove it, to yourself, no one else. Go out and do the things that you have been curious about. Don’t let fear hold you back from chasing your dreams. Don’t be the bitter old lady that wonders, ‘what if?’ for the rest of her life.

1. How much of this is actually real? I wonder if that’s staged… Who knows?
2. How do they all look like supermodels? Hi, yes please give me the name of your personal trainer, hairdresser, and whoever does your spray tans.
3. Is she wearing an old prom dress? Where do they find all of these long dresses and how do they have enough room in their suitcase to fit them all?
4. How does he remember all of their names? They must do breaks during the rose ceremony because there’s NO way he can remember all of them.
5. Why do they always give the crazy girls a rose?
6. Who is that girl? She doesn’t even go here, no really I’ve never seen her before. Does Nick know she’s here?
7. He’s already kissed everyone and it’s only been two weeks. How?
8. How are they already in love with him? Didn’t they just meet like yesterday? Girl, stop.
9. Do you think they nominate themselves to be on the show?
10. Free booze, free trips and a cute boy? Where can I sign up?

I joined a sorority junior year, which is practically unheard of and I have to be honest, I wasn’t sure that I would have the same experience. I was worried I wouldn’t have the chance to be as involved and that I wouldn’t form connections. But contrary to my own opinion, it was not like that at all.

It’s that time of year again… time for back to school! Spring semester means a lot of things for your typical college student - cramming for that final, running late to class and all of your other responsibilities, and consuming an excessive amount of caffeine. However, before really getting back into the swing of things & the routine of homework and club meetings, there are some essentials that are necessary to start the school year on a positive note!

Like many of you, winter fashion is my absolute favorite! Here in sunny Arizona, we do not have too many cold days that require you to bundle up with lots of layers. However, when we do have one, you best believe I take advantage and go full-throttle into winter wear! I’m talking cozy sweaters and scarves, and a collection of boots big enough to fill a department store.

Summer Internship: Experience, Takeaway, & Advice
By Madison Rowbotham
When I came across the “We’re Hiring” graphic on 224 Apparel’s social media, I couldn’t wait to apply. I had just secured an internship starting in the Fall semester through my school, but was dying to get as much experience as I could and was a huge fan of 224.
