Jonathan Radow knew from a very young age that he wanted to be an entrepreneur. Jonathan attended the University of Arizona for three years of college and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Jonathan then transferred to Arizona State University to finish. His first business endeavor was opening one of two tanning salons in North Scottsdale. From there, Jonathan got his Real Estate License and opened his second tanning salon all by age 23. Jonathan lives by the best values and morals both in business and his personal life, which has allowed him to make an eclectic and amazing group of like-minded, goal oriented friends and business associates from all over the world. Jonathan strongly believes that the greatest learning experiences come from times of failure or hardship if you just stay strong and keep your eyes open you will be the first one ready to take advantage of an opportunity. Jonathan, the Chairman/CEO of BMSS, has surrounded himself with an extremely accomplished and intelligent group of people that make up an incredible Board of Directors. This Board of Directors has endless experience, ideas, and knowledge that helps BMSS make the smartest business decisions, and keeps us on the most creative and exciting path while still staying focused on increasing the company’s bottom line in all of our divisions. Jonathan believes strongly in philanthropy and has helped raise money and worked with JDRF, Breast Cancer Awareness, Larry Fitzgerald’s Foundation, and is also on the board of Directors for the Crohns and Colitis Association (CCFA.)

Arthur Radow MD is a physician and entrepreneur. Before his long career in medicine, he obtained his engineering degree from SUNY Stony Brook. He worked at NASA and did biomedical engineering. His medical career dates back to the early developmental days of CT and MRI. His group Arizona Medical Imaging is one of the premier groups in Arizona for over 30 years. Dr. Radow was VP of Healthware Innovations one of the original radiology information systems developed. He was Vice President of Colourcomp an innovator in desktop publishing and color printing. Besides being the managing partner of AMI, he is the past President of Arizona Radiological Society. His hobbies and pastimes include community service, philanthropy and aviation being a longtime pilot.
Senior Art Director
Sarah Hill was born and raised in the midwest, and just recently set her roots here in Arizona. Excited to trade her cold winters for hot summers Sarah picked up her family and moved across the county, all the way from Wisconsin! (GO Brewers!) She graduated with a BFA from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2009, and there after, entered the design world. Starting at a small family owned print shop she quickly moved her way up, becoming a designer for Kohl's Department Store. She spent 4 wonderful years there, learning all she could about design in the clothing industry - before making the move south. When Sarah is not designing, you can find her cooking, at the gym, or spending quality time with her husband and two young girls, Kyla and Savannah. A few of her favorite things include: country music, coffee, mascara, and baseball.
Maddie is a junior attending Arizona State University majoring in Marketing with a certificate in Supply Chain Management at W.P. Carey School of Business. Maddie is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and has been on the dean’s list the past 4 consecutive semesters of college. Her daily routine includes working, eating, studying, eating more, and sleeping. Maddie spends her free time brunching, traveling, swimsuit shopping, and instagramming. Some of her favorite things are breakfast for dinner, jersey sheets, peonies, pastel colors, and gel pens.
Director of Creative Operations
Katelyn graduated from The Florida State University with a Bachelors degree in Studio Art & Psychology as well as a Masters degree in Art Therapy. At FSU she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, where she was their apparel and event chair and realized her love and interest for creating fresh and new designs! During undergrad and grad school she worked for a local apparel company where she was able to harness her ability to build a custom brand for each chapter she worked with. She enjoys being able to collaborate with clients and build successful, trendy, & innovative designs. In her free time she also works as an Art Therapist with pediatrics. She loves to take spur of the moment trips and is excited to start exploring the West. A few of her favorite things include volcano candles, building furniture, playing basketball, surprises, and a good brunch.
Taylor was born in Phoenix, Arizona where she decided to stay to become a Sun Devil! She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in Communication. While at ASU, she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and served as New Member Director her Junior year. Her constant need to learn and try new things led her to take an apparel and design class in high school where she fell in love with fashion and the fashion industry. She furthered her knowledge of the fashion world while she worked as a stylist at Michael Kors throughout college. When she is not at work, you can most likely find Taylor reading a good book, going to concerts with her friends, or eating street tacos. Some of her favorite things include sunflowers, peach rings, watching cute videos of animals, and quoting New Girl.
Madison is a senior at Arizona State University pursuing a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication, with a focus in public relations and a minor in dance. At ASU, Madison is the Vice President of Public Relations for Kappa Delta and the President of Fashion Journalism Club. Madison knew she was destined to work in fashion after attending her very first fashion show at the age of 12. She was completely immersed in the clothes, the environment, the style; she knew this was what she wanted to do. After college, she aspires to leave her hometown of Peoria, Arizona and venture off to New York to pursue a fashion career. In her free time, Madison enjoys trying new restaurants, online shopping, dancing, and writing. Some of her favorite things are pierogies, sunflowers, a good novel, and musicals.
Gianna Turek is a junior attending the University of Arizona studying Finance and Sports Management from the Eller College of Management. She is the VP of the Eller Alumni Board, the VP of Membership for the Eller Elite program that oversees professional development workshops for freshman, and a member of Pi Beta Phi. Gianna just recently packed up all her belongings and moved to the valley to get away from the Windy City of Chicago.If you can't find her at McDonald's eating a dipped cone, you can find Gianna reaching her 10,000 step goal by exploring all the hidden gems Arizona has to offer. A couple of her favorite things include a good hike, sunshine, veggies, and a gel manicure with a "fun-nail" on her pinky finger (She claims it is good luck).

Ever since she was a puppy, Karma knew that she was destined for a life of making others happy. Karma greets each guest to the office with an abundance of love and kisses, and snuggles with her 224 Family when she's "off duty." She enjoys bird watching, naps, tail wagging, fetch, and playtime.
